We are a small orchard located in Princeton, Idaho. Our main crop is apples, but we have some other fruits including plums and a few cherries. We are a short drive from both of the University towns in our area, and your source for locally produced tree fruits. We also produce ” Hatter Creek Homestyle ” a non-alcoholic cider which is pressed on-site.
( Technically, any actual ” CIDER” beverage should be alcoholic. The names are both used to describe the product in the U.S.A., but ” apple juice ” is correct.)
( One other fact: by definition the phrase ” CRAB APPLE ” indicates that the apple is often less than 2 inches in diameter. It does not indicate inferior taste. The sweetest apple we grow is a crab apple )
